Financing

You’ll know the cost before we start

Before any treatment begins, you’ll sit down with us and get a written estimate. It shows the total for the work, what we expect your insurance to pay, any discounts that apply, and what’s left for you.

You sign it, you keep a copy, and we honor that number for six months.

If something changes once treatment is underway, we’ll tell you what changed and what it costs before we go ahead with it. Nobody here is going to hand you a bill you weren’t expecting.

Insurance

We’re in network with around 60 plans. Use this tool to see if we take your insurance.

If yours isn’t listed, call us at (918) 423-0200. The full list is long and it changes, so check yours here or call and we’ll look it up with you.

We file insurance whether we’re in network with your plan or not. Being out of network doesn’t mean we can’t see you.

We do not currently accept SoonerCare or SoonerSelect.

Check your plan

Type your plan name and we’ll tell you where you stand.

We'll match as you type. Partial names are fine.

No dental insurance? Look at our savings plan

Dental insurance is expensive, and for a lot of families the monthly premium doesn’t make sense for the care they actually use. So we run our own plan instead.

You pay once a year. That covers:

  • Two cleanings
  • Two exams
  • One comprehensive new patient exam, on your first visit
  • One set of bitewing X-rays
  • Two fluoride treatments
  • Two oral cancer screenings
  • One periodontal maintenance cleaning, if you’ve had scaling and root planing

Everything else in the office is 20% off when you pay in full the day of service, cosmetic work included.

There’s no annual maximum, no deductible, no pre-authorization, and no waiting period. Coverage starts the day you enroll.

What it costs

MembershipPer year
Adult$380
First child, up to age 16$325
Each additional child$225

Fees can change, so we’ll confirm the current price when you enroll.

A few things worth knowing before you sign up. The plan can’t be combined with dental insurance or another discount plan, so it’s built for people who don’t have coverage. Benefits run for one year from the day you buy and don’t carry over. The annual fee isn’t refundable. And it covers dental procedures, not products like toothbrushes or take-home whitening kits.

Call us at (918) 423-0200 and we’ll tell you whether it’ll save you money.

Payment plans

Some treatment costs more than you want to pay at once. We work with three companies that let you spread it out.

All three run a soft credit check, so applying won’t affect your credit score. You can apply to more than one, and you can do it here in the office or at home.

Cherry

Split your bill into four interest-free payments, or pay monthly with 0% interest if you qualify. Applications take a couple of minutes and there’s no hard credit check.

Cherry is the one we point most people to first.

CareCredit

A healthcare credit card with special financing on qualifying purchases. Unlike the other two, you can use CareCredit at other offices too: your eye doctor, your vet, most medical providers.

Sunbit

Pay over time with no interest for approved patients, no hard credit check, and no fees or penalties of any kind.

Questions about paying

Yes. Financing covers whatever’s left after your insurance pays. Your written estimate shows that number before you commit to anything.

No. Cherry, CareCredit, and Sunbit all run a soft credit check to see what you qualify for, and a soft check doesn’t affect your score.

No. The savings plan is an alternative to insurance, not an addition to it. If you have dental coverage, use the coverage.

It depends on what needs to happen and how long treatment takes, so we won’t quote a number we’d have to take back. Come in for a consultation and you’ll leave with a written estimate that’s good for six months, plus a clear picture of which payment options fit it.

Tell us. Most treatment can be staged so the urgent work happens first and the rest follows when you’re ready. We’d rather get you out of pain now and plan the rest around your budget than have you put off the whole thing.
