The staff is super friendly. They got me back quickly. There was a lot to do, and they got right to it. The technology is modern and the process went smoothly. They all made sure I felt at ease with everything. Very courteous. The facility is larger than it looks from outside. The facility is well kept and clean. I will have more to say after all my procedures. Another review is coming.
Had a great experience at Auld Family Dentistry. I am in process of getting a dental implant. Each visit for the process has went very well. Today was having the implant post put in and it went very well. Dr. Michael & his assistant takes great care of making sure you are doing fine during the process. They explain each step as it happens. The process went smoothly.
Phenomenal! My son, Titan has been a patient of Auld’s for years at this point. He is on the spectrum, and has had major anxiety with dentist visits. I can confidently say he has graduated to the best little patient currently! He has his first filling today and rocked it. Thank you all for taking such good care of him throughout the years!
The BEST experience I have ever had. The entire Auld Dentistry crew was so helpful and informative. They care about your concerns, they listen, plus, you get to see a very clear and in depth scan of your teeth so you get to easily see what is going on in your mouth. 110% recommend this place. They are amazing!
McAlester is so blessed to have this wonderful dentistry/orthodontic team local to us. All the staff is wonderful, but Ashley cleans our teeth. She is thorough, gentle, kind, and makes you feel comfortable. Dr. Michael and Dr. Clark are the best! Super impressed by how procedures are recommended, but not forced. Although every patient and situation is different, they are honest about everything! If it needs to be done they will tell you, but if it’s not an emergency there is no pressure. Another dentist in town wanted to immediately put my child to sleep for 2 cavities when he was younger. We went to Auld for a second opinion. My son was able to have his cavities filled in office without the risk of anesthesia. They were gentle and he had a great experience even though he was so young. This team is amazing! Very good at business office as well! Very knowledgeable in billing procedures and dealing with insurance.
