Lisa Gragg
Office Manager
Lisa has been blessed to be a part of the Auld Family Dentistry family for 26 years and now serves as Office Manager. Over the years, she has had the privilege of watching the practice grow, but what she treasures most is seeing the difference the team makes in the lives of their patients. She loves knowing that, in her own small way, she gets to be a part of helping patients change their lives and their smiles.
One of Lisa’s greatest joys is the team she works alongside every day. She lovingly refers to them as “her kids,” but after so many years together, they have truly become family and she is quick to say they are also responsible for keeping her young!
Outside the office, Lisa feels incredibly blessed to be married to the love of her life for almost 23 years. Together, they have a wonderfully full family of six children and eight grandchildren. When she’s not at the office, you’ll likely find Lisa and her husband traveling with friends, tackling another project around their home, or sitting in the stands cheering on one of their grandchildren at a ballgame.
For Lisa, life is all about faith, family, relationships, and making a difference in the lives of the people around her and she feels incredibly grateful to have spent the last 26 years doing just that at Auld Family Dentistry.
Ashley Bank
Dental Hygienist
Born and raised in McAlester Oklahoma, Ashley earned a Bachelor of Science in Biology and Chemistry from Northeastern State University before completing her Dental Hygiene degree in Tulsa Community College. Of her years in dentistry, 13 have been in hygiene. She is a dedicated dental hygienist who values delivering the highest quality of care and building meaningful relationships with her patients.
With a gentle touch and genuine compassion, she strives to create a comfortable experience while helping each patient achieve their healthiest, most confident smile. When she’s not in the office, she enjoys spending time with family and friends, making memories that bring her joy and balance.
Daryn Hance
Dental Hygienist
Daryn Johnston grew up in McAlester, Oklahoma, and has always had a passion for helping others. She earned her bachelor’s degree from the University of Central Oklahoma and her dental hygiene degree from Tulsa Community College.
Daryn met her husband Cody in 2019, and they married in 2024. They welcomed their first baby in July 2025. Outside of work, Daryn enjoys spending time with her loved ones, her dog Copper and making new memories with her growing family.
Carla Bailey
Dental Hygienist
With over 22 years of experience in dental hygiene, Carla Bailey has built a career centered on compassionate care, patient education, and clinical excellence. Throughout her career, she has worked alongside leading dentists in both private practice and community settings, providing high-quality care to patients of all ages. Carla takes pride in building lasting relationships with her patients—many of whom she has cared for across generations. Her goal is always to create a welcoming, educational, and stress-free environment that empowers patients to take charge of their oral health.
When she is not in the dental office, she enjoys family time and traveling with her daughters.
Jessica Alexander
Dental Hygienist
Jessica is a caring dental hygienist who believes that great dental care starts with genuine connection. With an attentive eye for detail and a gentle approach, she helps patients feel at ease in the chair. Jessica earned her degree in Dental Hygiene from Collin College in McKinney, Texas, where she developed a strong foundation in patient care and clinical excellence.
When she’s not in the office, she enjoys quality time with her family and friends and takes pride in being a devoted mom.
Erika Rodrigues
Finance Coordinator
Erika was taken in as a little girl by a secret Russian program that trained her to be the world’s most lethal spy and assassin, which, it turns out, is excellent preparation for insurance billing. She has no superpowers whatsoever — just flawless aim, a pair of electrified gauntlets, and the ability to get a confession out of anyone in the room. She defected years ago and has been trying to clear the red out of her ledger ever since, and these days that mostly means clearing the red off your account balance. Do not run from her; she will find you, and she will collect.
Elizabeth Heflin
Treatment Coordinator
Elizabeth grew up in a small Eastern European country, volunteered for some experiments that gave her the power to warp reality with her mind, and now channels glowing red chaos magic out of her fingertips. She can rewrite the world into whatever she wants it to be, which is handy when she’s reshaping your treatment plan, and she once built an entire fake suburban town just to avoid dealing with grief. She had a twin brother who could run very fast (we don’t bring it up) and a synthetic robot boyfriend (we really don’t bring it up). She’d just like to remind you that the only thing any of us can truly control is how we respond.
Mollie Harrell
Treatment Coordinator
Mollie can control the weather — wind, rain, lightning, the works — which she mostly uses to keep the office at a pleasant 72 degrees. She has striking white hair, eyes that glow over when she’s summoning a thunderstorm, and a backstory that includes being worshipped as an actual goddess before she joined a team of similarly gifted individuals led by a man in a wheelchair. She is serene, regal, and absolutely not someone you want to see angry, because the barometric pressure drops when she is. For routine cleanings, though, she promises clear skies ahead.
Brooke Irish
Schedule Coordinator
Brooke is a world-class cat burglar who can slip in and out of the tightest possible window without ever getting caught, which is exactly the talent it takes to wedge your appointment into a fully booked afternoon. She works nights in a grim, perpetually rainy city, wears a skintight suit with ears, carries a whip, and has somewhere in the neighborhood of nine lives. She keeps an alarming number of cats, maintains a complicated on-again-off-again relationship with a brooding local billionaire who moonlights in a bat costume, and is morally flexible about almost everything — except your schedule, which she guards like a jewel heist. The only thing she’ll ever steal is an open slot on tomorrow’s calendar.
